Rachael Webb has over fifteen (15) years experience acting for local councils, developers and regulatory agencies in Newcastle, Melbourne and the UK.
With a Masters of Environmental Law from the University of Sydney and her experience acting for the waste management industry, developers and water authorities in Melbourne, Rachael has particular interest in areas where planning law relates to other aspects of the broader environmental law framework, such as environmental impact assessment, environmental licencing and enforcement, climate law, heritage, aboriginal cultural heritage and contaminated land.

Rachael practices in the areas of local government, planning, environmental, administrative and property law.
